FAQ

Do I need a crypto wallet to start? No. The app can create a wallet for you and abstract gas. You can import an external wallet later.

What is the minimum to invest? Low minimums by design. The exact minimum can vary by vault and payment method. The trade ticket shows the smallest tradable size.

Can I sell any time? Yes, subject to pool depth and slippage. The app shows your expected price and the minimum you will receive before you confirm.

Can I withdraw my asset claim token (ERC-721) after depositing it into a vault? No. Deposits are one way. You exit by selling the vault token (ERC-20).

What happens when an asset inside the vault is sold? The claim for that asset is burned and EVEC is minted. The vault distributes EVEC to current holders. You can reinvest or redeem after checks.

What if I fail KYC? Your tokens remain tradeable. You can reinvest EVEC. You cannot redeem to payout until checks are complete.

Where do fees go? Liquidity providers receive the majority of trading fees. Custodian seeding and optional auditor fees apply at deposit and are disclosed per vault.

When do auditors and lenders join? Auditor attestations and lending against vault tokens (ERC-20) are post MVP. The vault page will show these integrations when live.

What backs $XVAULT and how does conversion work? $XVAULT trades on public pools, for example against USDC on Uniswap. The foundation targets a policy floor of $0.30 through buybacks and added liquidity as needed. This is a policy target, not a promise.
