Market risk

Vault token prices move with supply and demand. Exit prices can be higher or lower than indicative values. There is no guarantee of timing or size of exits.

Liquidity risk

Thin pools mean higher price impact. Large orders may be broken into smaller clips or may revert at your slippage guard if the market moves.

Custody and authenticity

Physical storage, provenance, and logistics carry operational risk. Read custodian disclosures. Auditor attestations are planned post MVP.

Compliance

Redemption of EVEC to payout is gated by KYC and contract completion with the issuer. Without it, you can still trade and reinvest.

Smart contract and upgrade risk

Contracts will be audited and monitored. Governance can change fees and parameters over time.

Policy risk

Fee schedules and the $XVAULT floor policy can change through governance and market conditions.
