Their experience gives Exotic Vaults a strong foundation to succeed in bringing real-world assets (RWAs) to blockchain and revolutionizing how they are traded.

Technical founding team advantage:

The technical founders not only have been immersed in the alternative investment space for the past 4 years, but also have a strong technical background. The founders have previously built multiple complex financial systems and understand the technical advantages of Blockchain as a tool. • Eran Peer, CEO - Co–founded and scaled Konvi to $5M AUM as CEO; Previously led AI code builder Jitera as Interim CPO & scaled Medwing from pre-seed to Series B as Engineering Manager.

• Ioana Surdu-Bob, COO - Co-founded Konvi, leading Product, Operations, Data and Marketing; Previously led expansion initiatives for Shopify Payments & led the integration of AI fraud prevention product into Mangopay, managing 13 engineers.

• Alexander Gulin, Head of Institutional - Created partnerships that added $50M+ in yearly asset supply to Konvi. Brought deep financial expertise from his time at JP Morgan’s investment banking division and OVB.

• Johnpaul Okolie, Compliance Office & MLRO - Seasoned Compliance professional with a legal background & deep blockchain knowledge. Acquired multiple licenses in Ireland for Richmond Blackwood, SmallWorld covering AML and e-money.

Key team additions to scale XVAULT:

To launch Exotic Vaults, the team will focus on adding key hires:

• Blockchain engineers to design the infrastructure for trading RWAs on blockchain.

• DeFi marketers to build a strong community that will drive additional demand.

The team already has an in-house HR Manager with experience scaling Engineering teams at Amazon and aggressively hiring while keeping quality up for startups.
