$XVAULT Token Launch:

Launch $XVAULT as the governance and utility token for the Exotic Vaults Protocol.
Conduct a private fundraising round with strategic investors and liquidity providers.
Host a public token sale, engaging the broader community and securing widespread participation.

Fund Allocation:

Prioritise the development of the Exotic Vaults platform, including smart contracts for Vault creation, tokenisation, and liquidity pooling.
Establish the foundation for governance and incentivise community engagement through $XVAULT-based initiatives.

Community Engagement:

Onboard $XVAULT holders through educational campaigns and early governance proposals to establish best practices.

Smart Contract Development:

Finalise and test contracts for:
Vault Tokenisation (ERC-721): Linking physical assets to unique, immutable digital tokens, including voting rights to the management of the asset.
Vault Tokens (ERC-20): Fractional ownership of Vaults and the management of the underlying assets, including voting rights to the management of the assets.
AMM-Powered Liquidity Pools: Enable seamless trading of Vault Tokens using dynamic pricing.
Build the "Zap" Function: Allowing one-sided liquidity provision for Vaults with automated conversions from Vaults or the protocol reserves itself.

Platform Integration with Konvi:

Tokenise €5M+ of Konvi’s AUM, seeding initial Vaults with high-quality RWAs like luxury watches, fine art, and collectibles.
Establish and test secure custodianship and auditing workflows.

Compliance and Testing:

Align the platform with MiCA and other regulatory frameworks to ensure global operability.
Begin internal testing of the DEX functionality, including trading, governance, and liquidity mechanisms.

Beta DEX Deployment:
Launch the beta version of the Exotic Vaults platform to select early adopters and $XVAULT holders.
Include basic functionality:
Vault Creation: Allow early users to create Vaults using tokenised assets.
Trading Mechanics: Enable fractional ownership trading via liquidity pools with AMM functionality.
Governance Testing: Initiate test proposals to gather community feedback on platform parameters.
Auditor Onboarding:

Optimised Trading Experience: Full AMM-based trading functionality with reduced slippage and enhanced liquidity mechanisms.
Onboarding all Konvi users, transfer TVL to protocol
Create Vaults and seed Liquidity for all Konvi assets

Custodian Expansion:
Onboard additional custodians beyond Konvi, focusing on partnerships with:
Specialist Custodians: Trusted entities in the fractional investment/ownership space.
Traditional Asset Managers: Traditional institutions with existing custodianship infrastructure for RWAs.
Create a transparent custodianship framework with clear security, compliance, and performance standards.
Incentive Programs:
Launch initiatives for liquidity providers, including DAO‑approved LP rebates and trading fee discountsincluding $XVAULT staking rewards and trading fee rebates.
Introduce referral and reward programs to encourage user acquisition and trading activity.

DAO Governance Maturity:
Expand governance functionalities, allowing $XVAULT holders to:
Propose and vote on protocol enhancements.
